Privacy policy

This policy describes what Overheard Wealth Management actually does with information, as the site is currently built. Where a practice is a choice rather than a technical fact, it is marked so.

What we collect

If you do nothing but read. We run no analytics and set no advertising or tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, processes the traffic and keeps short-lived security logs including IP addresses; it may set a bot-management cookie. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which means your IP address is disclosed to Google on every page load.

If you ask to be notified about the report. The email address you type, and your answer to “What do you do?” if you choose to give one.

If you submit a quote. Only the fields on the form. We do not ask for your name or your email, and the form has no field for either.

Who processes it

Both forms are delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party service. Everything you submit passes through their systems and is subject to their handling and retention, not only ours. FormSubmit records technical metadata with each submission, including IP address and browser user-agent. This applies to the quote submission form as well as the others.

Submissions arrive in an inbox hosted by Microsoft 365. The site is served by Cloudflare.

What we do with it

Report notification addresses are used to tell you when the report is published, and for nothing else. Submitted quotes are used to consider material for publication.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors named above.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
