What this site is

Overheard Wealth Management is a satirical media property. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary of any kind. Nothing published here is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing here should be relied on in making any decision about money.

Published material

Quotes are submitted by readers. They are edited, condensed, and altered before publication: names, firms, and identifying details are removed, figures are moved into bands, and distinguishing particulars are changed or recombined. Published items are not presented as verbatim transcripts and should not be read as statements of fact about any identifiable person, firm, or event. Any resemblance to a particular individual or organization is not intended and should not be inferred.

If you submit something

By submitting, you confirm that it contains nothing confidential to a client, nothing material and non-public about a security, transaction, or firm, and nothing you are under a duty not to disclose. You confirm you are not sending it from a work device or work account. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to edit and publish it in any medium. You remain responsible for what you send us.

We publish at our discretion and are under no obligation to publish anything.

Corrections and removals

If you believe something published here identifies you or someone else, is inaccurate, or should not have been published, write to victoria@overheardwealthmanagement.com. We will review it promptly and remove or amend where warranted. The same address serves as our contact for copyright complaints, including notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Liability

The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overheard Wealth Management and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from anything published on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.
